My cab came a bit earlier then expected last night so i had to run out. I was talking about my trainer keeping tabs on me and nbot just showing me a bunch of things just to do his job. But in stead, he is showing me things that he personally likes and has used in his earlier fighting years. Its nice to know that he is showing things with a bit of care and concern. While training on the pads, Dum will throw a kick or knee and ill counter with 1 of my golden oldie counters and he will say GOOD but also use what I show you. Hes trying to build my arsenal. A lil tip goes a long way out here. Last nights training was about 45 minutes of pads total. I do 2 things here, I run for 30 min and work pads till my trainer says no more, which is 45-1hr total. I do not work my stomach or work the bags too much. The bags are very borning for, ive been hitting the bags for 15 years now and im over it as they say. haha. My wife is having a good time with her training. We have zero responsibilities out here other then show up on time and even that is real laxed. Im not too sure how on time the Thais are anyway.
