So far the training log is going to seem the same as the day before. Im running 30 min before every practice at a 7mph pace with a 2.5 incline. 1rd of shadow boxing, then 45 min of pads with Dum. After a little tip that I gave the instructor, he seemed a bit more inspired to show me a new handfull of tricks. By the time the trick or combo is explained, I get about 5-7 reps of it in before he switches to another. All in all, it\'s a real fun experience as long as I keep the mind set that its Muay Thai that Im learning and not actualy a fight strategy that I need to have down within a week or 2. It seems that with my action to accept fights on short notice and have a cram session of a few things to get ready, has given me a training routine of \"go after it right away with intent for no mistakes\". After my morning training, we ate more chicken and rice with some pineapple for dessert. After a little rest, we hit the accent city with a bunch of old temples and huts, very interesting. We had the choice to each ride our own bikes around the temples or rent a golf cart. I decide we need a a bit more exercise so we all grab a bike and hit the paths. After about 10 min and a brief look at the map and seen how big the whole grounds were, we went back and got a gold cart and hit it full throtle. Stopping at every temple and statue we seen, they even had a rainbow bridge to stop at and take photos of. The place was huge. They had some little shops to buy some statues and paints and a few more needless nik naks. After about 1.5 hrs, we hit the road back to the camp to rest up for the afternoon training. After a lil nap and a massage, I did another 30min run and then a 1hr pad session with Dum. I figured that Dum has actually been keeping track of what hes been teaching me. When he throws a kick or knee and I do a counter of block that he has not showed me, he. Got to run be bak later to finish
