Ok, guys, here it is. Training was at 9:30am today. 5-5min rds of Thai boxing sparring, then live GOs from buterfly guard for 1 hr. We rotated 1 rd in, 1 rd out. Then I did 5-5min rd of pads and called it a day. My rolling has come been coming along actaully. I feel much better on the ground in all areas. Thanks mainly to Eliot Marshall. He\'s been the main guy helping me for the past 1yr on the ground.
