Today was a light workout on the bags for an 1hr, then lifting for an hour along with some treadmill sprints. 6pm was Thai boxing for an hr of Mitts and bag work which was at a high pace, then rolling for 1 hr. We worked attacks from mount and side control then rolled for 20 minutes. I felt good today actually.
