Wake at 6:30am 3 mile run. 12 noon, Lifting, we concentrated on legs and back today. 2pm was wrestling for 45 minutes followed by a 30 minute rolling session. 4pm I did 7 rds of mitts finished with 500 reps of stomach work at the end. Long stretch and Im done for the day.
